Carcoseal/UN/07 Based on the requirement of rotary shaft seals for very high speed, CARCO-PRP is glad to introduce “Carcoseal/UN/07”. UN/07 is the result of long-lasting trials with various OEMs and end users. This Carcoseal has a modified lip profile to reduce friction at speed higher than 25 meters per second. Carcoseal/UN/07 is mainly used as bearing seal in rolling mills, for example Aluminium foil production. The seal is vulcanized by utilizing high performance rubber compounds, like H-NBR and FKM. It is available with fabric reinforcement for closed housing (UN/07) and with metal band (UN/07/MB, self-retaining) for open housing. Carcoseal/UN/07 is also available with lubrication grooves (SCA/07 and SCA/07/MB). Our technical department is at your disposal for further information.
