CARCO-PRP is specialized in the protection of the main bearing and the gearbox of onshore and offshore wind turbines.

We provide CARCOSEAL radial lip seals with various profiles, depending on type of turbine and lubricant; our seal compounds are resistant to low temperature and ozone.

CARCOSEAL is available in endless form for new turbines and in split form with bonding kit for maintenance purpose.

The “PTFE LINER” solution provides large reduction of:

  • friction of the bearing seals
  • generated heat
  • power loss

the CARCO-PRP staff is able to inspect the turbines and to replace the seals on site.
